Key Responsibilities -
Creative Direction & Brand Identity - You define the Muun aesthetic through mood boards & conceptual themes. You lead the hands-on direction of all shoots to ensure every photo and video is polished, premium, and brand-aligned.
Strategic Content & Social Community - Own the digital narrative, planning "scroll-stopping" content for Instagram and beyond. Your focus is on building a loyal, active community while balancing performance-driven content with high-end brand integrity.Digital Merchandising & UX - Oversee the premium shopping experience by managing product listings, visual storytelling, and catalog updates. You ensure the website is visually flawless and that product presentations translate into a seamless customer journey.
Creator & Growth Partnerships - Bridge the gap between the brand and outside world by briefing influencers and agencies. You direct the creation of high-impact ad content that meets Muun’s elevated standards while driving measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities -
Consultative Sales & Gifting - Acting as a design advisor, you convert interest into sales - help them choose the right products for their homes. You manage the full sales cycle for individual, bulk, and corporate orders.
Experience & Operations Management - You serve as the bridge between the customer & the product. Handle Customization requests, coordinating logistics with the internal team, and maintaining "marketplace hygiene" through accurate product listings and catalog updates.
Event Logistics & Market Insights - Lead the execution of pop-ups & exhibitions, managing everything from logistics to on-ground sales. Post-event, you analyze customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Brand Voice & Relationship Building - As the "Voice of Muun Home" you communicate with warmth, clarity, and design-awareness. You provide thoughtful, non-spammy follow-ups and ensure every interaction feels calm, considered, and premium.
